Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026 · These terms govern your use of the SaferHealth website and, once your workspace is provisioned, the SaferHealth platform.
1. Agreement
By using this website or the SaferHealth platform you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a healthcare facility, you confirm you have the authority to bind that facility. Facilities onboarding onto the platform may additionally sign a service agreement; where the two differ, the signed agreement prevails.
2. The service
SaferHealth is a management platform for healthcare facilities — appointments, clinical records, pharmacy and point of sale, inventory, billing, HMO claims and related modules. We provision each facility its own isolated workspace and enable the modules agreed at setup. We may improve, extend or adjust features over time.
3. Your account and your team
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us at sign-up.
- Each staff member must use their own account; you are responsible for the actions taken under accounts you create and the roles you assign them.
- Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access.
4. Your data
The records your facility enters — patients, sales, stock, accounts — belong to your facility. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the legal basis to enter the data you enter, including patient consent where required, and for meeting your own obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and any healthcare record-keeping regulations that apply to you.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Don't attempt to access another facility's data or probe, scan or disrupt the service.
- Don't resell or sublicense access without a written agreement with us.
6. Clinical responsibility
SaferHealth is an administrative and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and AI-generated content (such as voice-clerking drafts and summaries) is an aid that must be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified professional before it is relied on. Clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the treating practitioner and the facility.
7. Fees
Platform fees are agreed at onboarding and set out in your service agreement or invoice. Requesting access through this website is free and creates no payment obligation.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and performant, but no software is available 100% of the time; maintenance windows and factors outside our control can cause interruptions. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practical.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. On termination we will, on request, provide an export of your facility's data in a structured format within a reasonable period, after which we will delete it except where the law requires retention. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
